The City of Seattle, and other cities across the country work to engage members of the public, outside experts, and individuals within city government to develop timely, relevant, well-researched, thoughtfully analyzed recommendations and reports on issues of importance. In some cases, these recommendations do not result in reducing crime and homelessness.
